All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include GST. bean and me reserves the right to change prices without notice.
Typographical Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or due to incorrect information received from our suppliers, bean and me has the right to cancel the order.
Our product availability is updated automatically, sometimes items do sell out between these updates placing your order. If items are sold out or if there are any delays we will notify you as soon as possible.
Certain items that are ‘out of stock’ may be available on backorder, if you would like to purchase an item that is showing ‘out of stock’, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Bean and me will only post to Australian locations, international post is not available.
Orders sent by regular post are sent with the knowledge that any items lost or damaged by Australia Post are not the responsibility of bean and me. In the event of loss or damage bean and me are not obligated to provide a refund or replacement. However, we will do everything possible to help to try and locate the item.
Items in stock will be posted within 1-2 working days after payment has cleared. If an item is not in stock we will let you know as soon as possible and the item will be placed on backorder.
Australia Post can take anywhere between 1-10 days, depending on where you are located.
We use click & send post satchels to send our orders, delivery is usually 3-4 days.

Gift vouchers issued by bean and me are only valid for purchases over $25 and are valid for six months from the date of purchase.
Gift vouchers can be issued as e-vouchers or posted.
We accept payments via direct deposit, credit card and PayPal. (You do not need a PayPal account to pay through our credit card system)
All payments must be cleared before items will be posted.
If you are paying by direct bank deposit, our bank account details will be emailed to you in your order confirmation.
Please note that direct deposit payments may take up to 5 days to clear, we will not post your order until these funds have cleared. Please check the details before processing your deposit, if any details are incorrect your money will be returned by your bank.
Bean and me strive to provide you with products that are of a high quality but if for some reason you are unhappy due to the size, colour, or the product just isn’t what you expected then please contact us and we will replace the item, provide you with an alternative or refund the item value in full.
If an item is faulty we will happily organise to replace the item or in some circumstances refund the item’s value. Any refunds given will be for the item’s total value and will not include the initial postal charges.
Items for refund or exchange will only be accepted if the garment is unworn and unwashed with tags and packaging intact.
To organize an exchange or refund you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your parcel. You can contact us by email at email@example.com. Once you have notified us place the item in the mail and include a self-addressed envelope and we will return the item to you as soon as we receive the original.
Bean and me is a small work-at-home-mum owned business, and as such operates around family life and commitments. Please understand that there may be rare times when family commitments and unexpected incidents may cause a small delay in shipping and communication. You will always be notified if this is the case.

Cancel an order in which case we will notify you by email or phone number provided and refund all money paid using the same method in which it was received.
Ensure all order and credit card details are correct.
State that all orders are subject to stock availability.
As we are stocking products from outsourced manufacturers and suppliers/companies, all information on our products is provided by them. We like to try and ensure all products we stock are safe to use, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products purchased are suitable.
Bean and me bears no liability due to inaccuracy, loss or damage caused by information given.
